ACCOMODATION IN AND AROUND YEOVAL FOR THE FESTIVAL Yeoval is a small village in Central New South Wales with a population of under 300. Our only Hotel – the Yeoval Royal Hotel, becomes booked out very early so don’t delay - call Cheryl or Mark on 68464003. Camping is available in town at the Yeoval Sports Ground - Clean Toilets, Hot Showers and for the duration of the Festival is being called “Banjos Billabong”. Grassed campsites, easy access, bring your own gear and enjoy the atmosphere. Situated right in the middle of town. Only $5 per site per night. If you are self-contained, camping is available at the Yeoval Showground - $8 per night for the duration of the festival. Each site is powered and everyone is welcome so please give us a call and book in. Most of the township of Yeoval is in Cabonne Shire and the balance is across the Buckinbah Creek (the same one Banjo lived beside and wrote about) in Wellington Shire. The town of Wellington is only 40 kms away. It has ample first class accommodation to suit every budget. Wellington also has a collection of wonderful tourist attractions including the famous and enchanting Wellington Caves, the Phosphate Mine and the Japanese Gardens to name but a few. So if you coming to the Yeoval Country Energy Mulga Bill Festival this coming year, make a short holiday of it, stay in Wellington, arrive a few days early and enjoy the sights and attractions Wellington has to offer.
